am i abnormal because i'm not interested in watching the space shuttle launch from one of our many work windows? everyone else has gone to the 7th and 8th floors in delight.
Considering I said "no I've got work to do" to a group of twenty colleagues who were walking over to our science building to watch the launch, I'm prepared to say you're not abnormal.
I always found every Shuttle launch to be amazing, but it's because I grew up obsessed with space and wanted to be an astronaut. Watching the whole thing made me really homesick and sad. Sometimes I miss being a kid.
P.S. I also feel abnormal when people bring in their babies and everyone in my department gathers around them to ga-ga and goo-goo over them, because I am not interested in looking at babies.
SPACE!
squealing in the elevator.
i was also pleased that i got out of the manual labor that they tricked me into today.
Re: SPACE!
have you seen the 7th floor?
there is NOTHING on it.
in it
and around it.
Re: SPACE!
