i gave you my edge

so last night james & i went to backbooth for their new 80's night, footloose. it was ok, except for the fact it was the kind of 80's that makes you both nostalgic and embarrassed--i'm talking bon jovi, corey hart, and the like.

you can still vaguely see the "b" stamp on my hand, and i feel like a lush.

in other news, starscha gets her new car today--a MINI convertible [trading in her current MINI]. i can't drive this one [it's a stick] so i'm bitter, but i'm a fast learner.
